You may have heard of the Alpha course at the FCC. The Alpha course has touched many lives since its beginning at the FCC in September 2006.
Alpha is an eleven-week course on Wednesday evening in the basement hall of the FCC. The weekly meetings offer a great way to reflect on the Christian faith and to meet new friends. The evening begins at 7 p.m. with dinner, followed by a video talk and a small group discussion. The course is free of charge and open to people of all faiths and backgrounds. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
Some topics for discussion include:
Who is Jesus?
How can I have faith?
Why and how do I pray?
How does God guide us?
How can I resist evil?
Our next Alpha course begins on Wednesday, September 22nd, at 7 p.m. in the basement hall of the FCC. The course is open to all for the first four weeks. For more information, please inquire at the FCC reception desk, or contact the Alpha administrator at fccalpha@gmail.com
